MilkLane - Manager - Sales (6-10 yrs)
- Design and implement a strategy to build a brand image and ensure its strong presence in the market.
- Market survey to be conducted before appointing new distributors and should be able to position the product to the right distributor and at the right place.
- Responsible for developing new distributors network and strengthening the existing distributors.
- Responsible for the complete management of sales targets and distribution for the area assigned.
- Responsible for Primary and Secondary sales of the Bangalore / any assigned region.
- Should be monitoring day to day activities of the team members and be able to guide them to solve any work related problems on an immediate.
- Monthly training activities need to be conducted for the sales representatives.
- Monitoring the stock level from the distributors and follow up of the expiry dates
- Tracking of the payments from the distributors.
- Should be well aware of new products and competitors company schemes status in the market.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports and representing to the management.
- Coordinate with extension team and updating customer feedback in terms of quality.
