Milkha Surefit - Manager - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Job Purpose:
Responsible for leading the organizational effort in Business Development and Relationship Management for the assigned Regions Schools in terms of Student Acquisitions, City/State Marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing strategies to explore new regions to generate more business from current and prospective clients
Liaison with schools in order to generate prospective leads through them.
Conduct seminars and presentations in coordination with schools and sales team.
Arrange for databank of schools for classes relevant to our business.
Design presentations and other promotional materials required for branding Milkha Surefit
Identifying new stream of business opportunities and en-cashing them on time
Ensure higher level absorption of the program by principals and school to meet program extension and renewal target
Taking feedback from the principals to ensure smooth functioning
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
Bachelors or master's degree in Sales & Marketing, public relations, journalism, communications or any other relevant degree.
Mature candidates with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Candidates with an sports background preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to plan strategies and execute them independently.
Should have Exposure in managing Institutional / corporate sales in education / training is preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Office
