We- re based out of Bangalore and we provide translation and localization services to companies so they can connect with international audiences.
Our localization operations are new (we started in May last year) and we- re currently a small team of 12 people. We- re growing fast and looking for smart people to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Salary: Rs. 4,20,000 + 25% variable per annum. Additional bonus based on performance
Type: Full time, in-office
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline through cold email outreach and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop brilliant strategies to acquire new customers or clients
- Handle inbound leads that come through our website and phone lines
- Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Prepare presentations for clients
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends
- Conduct translation market research to identify possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (any)
- 2+ years in B2B sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the full sales cycle, including end to end deal closure
- Strong negotiation skills
- CRM experience (Hubspot, Salesforce or Zoho) is preferred
