Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Management :

- Oversee and manage the lead generation process.

- Track and analyze lead conversion rates and suggest improvements.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead nurturing.

- Ensure the CRM system is up to date with accurate and relevant information.

Collateral Management :

- Develop, update, and manage all marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, flyers, etc.).

- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all materials.

- Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality collateral.

- Regularly review and refresh content to keep it relevant and impactful.

Conference Coordination :

- Plan, organize, and manage company participation in conferences and events.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.

- Manage logistics including venue selection, travel arrangements, and accommodation.

- Oversee the production of event materials and ensure timely delivery.

- Collect and analyze feedback post-event to improve future performance.

Team Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior managers and support staff.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.

Operational Excellence :

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on lead management, collateral development, and conference coordination.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
