Key Responsibilities :
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, display advertising, and paid search.
- Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools and platforms, ensuring seamless campaign workflows, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools and provide regular reports to evaluate the success of digital marketing efforts. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Content Management: Collaborate with content creators to develop and distribute content that aligns with digital marketing strategies.
- A/B Testing: Set up and conduct A/B tests to optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets for conversion rate improvements.
- Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, design, and content creation, while adhering to best practices and compliance with email marketing regulations.
- SEO and SEM Collaboration: Work with the SEO and SEM teams to ensure alignment with digital marketing efforts and maximize organic and paid search visibility.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media campaigns, content scheduling, and engagement to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are within budget constraints.
- Marketing Technology Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and tools, and evaluate their potential for improving campaign performance and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in digital marketing operations with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, such as marketing automation, analytics, CRM, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Effective project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Certifications in digital marketing platforms or tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) are a plus.
