Roles and Responsibilities
Job Profile (Individual Contributor Role) :
- Making outbound sales calls to students or working professionals (database to be provided by the organization) who have completed their Graduation / Post Graduation and providing them complete information about the US (CPA / CMA) Or IIM (Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Analytics, HR Analytics, Product Analytics) Or IIT (AI in Banking) courses available with Miles Education and solving their queries with counseling & taking them through the enrollment process for any of the course certification (as per the requirement of the candidate).
Eligibility : Any (Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate- B Tech, BSC -Computer Science preferred) candidate with a minimum of 2+ years of Telephonic Sales experience or education counseling and Fluent spoken English may apply for the position.
- Experience in selling Executive Education courses from IIM or IIT is an added advantage.
Age Limit (preferred) : 25 - 40 years
Work Timing (Fixed): 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (6 days working) with Monday or Tuesday (Week off)
Skills Required :
1. Pleasant personality and Fluent in spoken English language
2. MS Excel sheet knowledge required.
3. Target-oriented personality.
