Miles Education - General Manager - Inside Sales (10-15 yrs)
Job Profile (Team Handling Role) :
- Managing a team of Inside Sales (Telesales) professionals, assisting them in making outbound calls to students or working professionals (database to be provided by the organization) who have completed their Graduation / Post Graduation and providing them complete information about the IIM (Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Analytics, HR Analytics, Product Analytics) / IIT (AI in Banking) courses available with Miles Education and solving their queries with counseling & taking them through the enrollment process for any of the course certification (as per the requirement of the candidate).
Eligibility :
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate with an overall of 10+ years from the (BPO / Call Center/ Online Education) industry with major experience in Outbound Voice (Telesales) Process & team handling profile with Fluent spoken English may apply for the position.
- Experience in selling Technical Online Courses will be an added advantage and preferred for the position.
Age Limit (preferred) : 33 - 45 years
Work Timing (Fixed): 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Tuesday to Sunday) with Monday (Week off)
Skills Required :
1. Pleasant personality and Fluent in spoken English language
2. MS Excel sheet knowledge required.
3. Target-oriented personality.
