Position is intended for individuals who are experienced in sales in Consumer Electronics goods like TV, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, and Air Condition etc. . . . Individuals must be able to achieve sales objectives by generating and converting incremental sales opportunities of assigned or new accounts within assigned territory or assigned vertical. Primarily, manages sales territory with periodic supervision and assistance. Aligning dealers with the organizational goals and vision. The individual must demonstrate effective use of selling skills and have consistently achieved or exceeded forecast over a sustained period.

1. To better understand the sales eco-system movement for appointment of Dealers and driving sales through them.

2 Effectively use the information obtained to identify and convert potential opportunities into sales revenue within the India eco-system.

3. Build a 3-5 year strategic growth plan with the available data and align investments and support to reach the plan.

4. Build rapport with the key customer decision makers and become a single point of contact for all customer service needs.

Other territory Responsibilities:

- Delhi region for entire Retail Dost Vertical.

- Key metrics are territory sales, account penetration/distribution, area coverage

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

- Co-ordinate between Brand and the dealers to drive sales teams in the territory

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that exceeds growth expectation and expands customer base

Skills, Expertise, and Qualifications Required:

Consumer Electronics Vertical

- Driving Monthly sales target and achieving by developing exciting dealers and acquiring new counters.

- Should be well equipped with Computer Skills
