Milagrow - Executive - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals
2. Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising & amazon marketplace
3. Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
6. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
7. Planning the monthly event calendar and scheduling the events accordingly on Zoho.
8. Using various marketing tools for lead generation, conversion and awareness of the Brand.
9. Handling Social Media handles, creating reels, stories etc
