Position: Business Development Executive/Asst. Manager/Manager
Location: G K - 2, New Delhi
Salary: Rs. 3-6 Lakhs P.A.+Incentive+Conveyance+Medical Insurance+Bonus.
Description:
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and energetic Executive/Asst. Manager/Manager in the Business Development team to help us expand our clientele, in our Anti-Virus Services & Security Solutions business. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. You should be able to do efficiently market research, create successful lead generation strategy to target potential customers across all industries through calls, email & corporate visits. Following up and nurturing the leads to convert them to an opportunity to achieve monthly sales target.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals and business growth.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Expertise on Security Solutions.
- Able to propose project budgeting to client.
- Business Development strategy.
- Identify target market, contacts prospects, and present service offerings
- Generate leads.
- Track and follow-up with prospects on a regular basis and respond to inquiries.
- Understand customer pain-points and work with solutions.
- Create a compelling value proposition for solutions and services across verticals.
- Time management and planning skills.
Requirements :
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive/Asst. Manager/Manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Bachelor- s/PG degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, G-Drive and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Ability to pursue and convince.
