Mikroz InfoSecurity - Manager - Sales (2-5 yrs)
Key Accountabilities :
1. Perform sales i.e. (Contacting new prospects or existing customers and presenting your product or service) activities on accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Business Head
2. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams for the entire geography
3. Ensures timely renewal of customer's subscription and create strategies to grow the repeat business from existing customers
4. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all products Mikroz carries
5. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
6. Collaborates with Business Head to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
7. Interprets short and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
8. Reviews expenses and recommends economies
9. Build and develop customer relationships with key decision makers (Business and IT).
10. Giving inputs in literature designing (incl. web-site, etc., electronic media) for products offered by the company
Key Competencies :
1. Hands-on prestigious government, PSU, defence, corporate, enterprise, international and/or multinational accounts
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, hands-on presentation preparation/experience, generic word processor/spreadsheet apps, Google Drive/Apps; technology friendly and statistical analysis software.
3. An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates.
4. Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.
5. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
6. Good convincing skills/ negotiating skills/ Communication skills
Experience :
1. Prior experience of IT solution selling in Enterprise and upper mid-market segment is a must
2. Experience in IT Security Solutions preferred
3. Experience of use of a ERP system would be an advantage
4. A minimum of three years of experience in direct selling of IT solutions in the upper mid-market and enterprise sector
