Job title: Telesales Manager Reports to CSO
Job purpose: We are looking for a proven performer in a B2C Sales environment. The Telesales Manager will be responsible for the management of the telesales team and the achievement of sales targets.
You will lead, coach and motivate a team to achieve extraordinary results and have responsibility for all recruitment and training.
You will be required to provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting.

Duties and responsibilities :
- Lead and develop the telesales team
- Provide guidance, training and motivation to team members of all levels to maximise individuals' potential and create a solid and focused team
- Deliver Sales training, development, and performance management to the team.
- Set up of call systems and sales targets for all members of the team
- Establish and develop the telesales commission scheme
- Complete regular performance reviews with the team, ensuring a key focus on individual development
- Deliver excellent sales performance, consistently achieving business targets
- Ensure the group meets the agreed sales targets
- Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth
- Complete regular sales report reviews and remedial action plans to address any under-performing areas of the business
- Manage OKR's and commission plans to drive appropriate behaviour from the telesales team
- Ensure Miko sales information is in place to giving the telesales teams the tools to go selling
- Coach the team on consistent use of the agreed Sales Methodology Customer & Partner Experience
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships from initial enquiry until the customer is onboarded
- Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and questions.
- Monitor calls in to implement a feedback process to drive call quality.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all interactions
- Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Ensure a disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management.
- Complete forecasting and analysis of sales data.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to the leadership team
Qualifications :
- 5+ years Telesales/Sales experience
- Experience managing and leading team
- Coaching around a sales methodology preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working conditions :
- Office-Based role in Mumbai
