Miko - Key Account Executive - Sales (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth from existing accounts through strategic account management and proactive sales initiatives.
- Support Sell Through: Assist in promoting the sell-through of stocks sold to accounts, ensuring optimal product movement and inventory management.
- Financial Management: Maintain ledger and profit and loss (P&L) statements for each account, overseeing reconciliation of stocks, payments, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, accounts, logistics, product, and customer support teams to address customer queries and ensure seamless operations.
- Client Communication: Conduct daily/weekly calls with existing accounts to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain rapport. Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and key metrics.
- Market Expansion: Utilize the opportunity to learn and gain insights into the US, LATAM, and AUS markets, contributing to strategic expansion initiatives.
- Analytical Skills: Analyze account data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Presentation Skills: Develop and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing product offerings, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Maximum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on international markets and key account management.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, with a track record of revenue generation and client satisfaction.
- Analytical and Presentation Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze account data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering engaging presentations to clients, showcasing product offerings, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial management, including ledger maintenance, P&L analysis, and reconciliation processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
