Mihuru - Manager - Channel & Partnerships (2-4 yrs)
At Mihuru we're looking for someone who can play a key role in onboarding new partners and contribute to our strategic commercial goals.
Responsibilities :
- Contact potential partners to establish rapport, arrange meetings and secure new partnerships
- Initiate, structure, and negotiate high-impact strategic partnerships directly with travel and edtech partners for our financial products in India and the UAE
- Research organisations and individuals to find new opportunities for business
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Find and developing new market opportunities and improving sales
- Work with the partners to run campaigns which result in increased customer acquisition across channels
- Support business segments by integrating relevant offers from brand partners
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Develop proposals for various partners
- Develop & manage a partnerships pipeline to initiate & execute multiple business initiatives
Requirements :
- You have 2 to 4 years experience within sales, strategic partnerships, business development and/or commercial strategy, preferably in the fintech startup environment
- You are a result-driven individual with an instinct for measuring ROI at each stage and are capable of making informed decisions, backed by relevant data.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships.
- You are good at building relationships and have the ability to develop strong connections at all levels within an organization.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
