Mihuru - Manager - Business Development & Partnerships (2-5 yrs)
Are you the kind of charmer who can sell ice cream to an eskimo? You're the prince / princess charming we're looking for.
At Mihuru we're looking for someone who can play a key role in onboarding new partners.
1. Contacting potential partners to establish rapport, arrange meetings and secure new partners.
2. Initiate, structure, and negotiate high-impact strategic brand partnerships directly with travel, lifestyle and edtech partners for our financial products
3. Planning and over-seeing new marketing initiatives with partners.
4. Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities for business
5. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
6. Finding and developing new market opportunities and improving sales.
7. Work with the partners to run campaigns which result in increased customer acquisition across channels
8. Support business segments by integrating relevant offers from brand partners
9. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
10. Develop proposals for various partners
11. Develop & manage a partnereships pipeline to initiate & execute multiple business initiatives
Skills and Qualifications :
1. Post Graduate/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
2. Experience in sales, marketing or related field especially with Fintech companies
3. Strong communication skills and IT fluency
4. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organisational skills.
5. Ability to flourish in start-up environment
6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
7. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
8. Strong communication & presentation skills (verbal and written) in English, ability to prepare presentations and present company's products. Fluency in other languages is a good add-on.
