Mihuru - Manager - Affiliate Marketing (2-5 yrs)

- Mihuru launched in 2018 and we've made good strides towards product-market fit. We have a view of our positioning in the market, who our customers are and what value our product provides them. Now it's time to scale.

- As we aim for growth in this next phase, you would utilise your skills and work alongside the VP-Marketing. Your main goal would be to fuel the growth of affiliate marketing, generate leads for business and manage performance marketing initiatives. You will also work in conjunction with the Founder, Product and Data teams to achieve overall company objectives.

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager you will :

- Build and own the company's growth model alongside the VP - Marketing

- Explore ways of user acquisition and acquire our next set of customers

- Recruit new affiliates and strategic partners to generate business

- Build a calendar year of planned activities, lead generation and partner onboarding

- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance and recommendations to increase revenues

- Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications such as e-Newsletters and blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.

- Develop and distribute creative to affiliates, performance campaigns, social media and other established/new networks

- Coordinate, plan and execute offers/campaigns/periodic communication to affiliates, trade and channel partners

- Promote affiliate programs/offers in relevant directories, forums etc.

- Identify opportunities that enhance affiliate lead generation, create business growth opportunities and increases ROI

Our ideal Affiliate Marketing Manager will have :

- Minimum of 2+ years hands-on experience in affiliate program management

- Track record of successful affiliate recruitment, management and revenue generation

- High attention to data, ROI, partner relations and customer motivations.

- Strong knowledge of nuances, affiliate marketing channels and stay-upto-date with trends

- Well-versed experience running digital/promotional campaigns and understand the workings of performance/targeting/data algorithms

- Excellent analytical skills (including Google Analytics and other analytical tools) and leverage data, metric, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations

- Adaptability and creativity - There's no blueprint for the future and for success in the role. You'll have to design it, own it and execute

- Should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher from a premier institute

- Good to have: Degree in Marketing or certificates in Digital technologies.

- Good to have: Design experience, social media management, and SEO optimising

- Excellent verbal, writing and negotiation skills

- Ability to work well with a team and is a self-starter
