Mihuru - Digital Marketer - Performance & Affiliate Marketing (2-5 yrs)
- Mihuru launched its business in 2018. We've made good strides towards product-market fit, we have a view of our positioning in the market, who our customer is and what value our product provides them. Now it's time to scale.
- As our product enters its next phase of growth, you would utilise your marketing skills to work alongside the VP - Marketing. You will also work in conjunction with the founder, Product and Data teams to achieve overall company objectives.
- We are looking for someone to help us take the business to the next level and the experience to scale products/services and leverage the right affiliate partners.
As a Performance & Affiliate Marketer you will :
1. Build and own the company's growth model alongside the VP - Marketing
2. Explore extraordinary ways of user acquisition and work to acquire our next set of customers.
3. Develop a deep understanding of our (prospective) users and their motivations
4. Become an expert on our customer acquisition channels, funnels and marketing stack
5. Manage the marketing budget, and suggest optimal usage across tools, channels and campaigns to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC
6. Plan and onboard affiliate partners or strategic vendors to generate leads and increase userbase
7. Identify and prioritize growth experiments - e.g. optimize existing channels, and discover new ones. Manage remarketing campaigns
8. Work with the data team to develop funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results to management.
9. Work closely with the product team on UX, copy, and messaging. Ensure consistency in all our communication
10. Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
Our ideal Performance & Affiliate Marketer will have :
1. Excellent communication/collaboration skills and determination to solve complex problems
2. A strong understanding and passion for all things digital marketing
3. Should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher from a premier institute & atleast 2 years of prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels
4. Have a good trackrecord signing on partners and vendors for leads, promotion or communication
5. Have good insights into the inner workings of algorithms underlying paid and organic advertising on Facebook and Google gained through practical experience
6. You possess excellent analytical skills (including Google Analytics) and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
7. Experience gained during startup scaling phase is highly preferred
8. Creativity. There's no blueprint for the future. You'll have to design it
9. Preferred: Degree in Marketing or certificates in Digital technologies
