Mihuru - Consultant - Sales - Travel Loan Process (0-2 yrs)
Mihuru means 'My Freedom' and we extend travel credit lines to make travel affordable. We let travelers book their flights, holiday packages and hotels by paying a small deposit upfront and the balance in EMIs over months.
We are looking to hire a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our Sales Department.
Your main goal will be to boost our partnership network and sales by reaching out to the existing travel agents partners as well as potential travel agent partners and building relationship with them to refer customers for travel loans. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
- In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the partners and maintain healthy relations with them. You are required to understand the partner's requirements and demands and close the partnership onboarding and sales deal efficiently. You are also required to write down important information provided by the travel agent partner and customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.
- As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities. Great report writing skills, amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this position.

Responsibilities :
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing travel agent partners as well as prospective partners using scripts.
- Obtaining travel agent and customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the travel agent and customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Taking and processing loan and booking requests in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the travel agent partners on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on travel agent partner's needs and requirements.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent in travel and tourism.
- 1-2 work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the travel industry is preferred. Freshers with education in travel and tourism are welcome to apply.
- Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
