Assistant Manager - Business Development

1. Ideate strategic partnerships that result in exponential growth in user acquisition.

2. Source strategic partners across geographies and develop strategic partnerships which contribute to the user acquisition targets.

3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.

4. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

5. Manage the entire sales cycle and close deals with travel and Edtech partners.

6. Work closely with the Founder and senior stakeholders on achieving business growth targets.

What you will bring along :

1. Minimum 3-5 years business development/partnerships experience within fintech, payments, banking industry

2. Proven track-record for meeting and exceeding revenue targets and performance driven KPIs

3. Proven experience in executing a strategy to deliver performance against agreed lead gen KPIs

4. Demonstrated passion and agility leading within high-growth technology companies/startups

5. Strong network and successful track record within fintech or payments desirable

6. Experience executing B2B2C or B2B2B distribution models desirable

7. Experience with lending FinTech's highly desirable

8. First class communication skills, able to present, negotiate and influence at C-level

9. Ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional teams (Incl. engineering, product and marketing) to deliver high quality outcomes to timelines

10. Appetite and enthusiasm for working as part of a small collegial team that is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and supporting each other

11. A proactive bias to action, and drive to achieve results
