4. Fresher candidates must have the zeal to learn things and have a quick learning ability.
5. Candidate should have good convincing skills which can help to grab the project easily.

- hands-on exposure on upwork, guru, PPh, linkedin etc
- Can generate lead and handle client conversation
- Place Quality bid
- Meet monthly target
- Coordinate with team and BDM when required
