Midas Fintech Solutions - Wealth Manager - Sales (4-8 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Wealth Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales and distribution activities related to wealth products, including but not limited to mutual funds, insurance, and other financial instruments. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, while managing relationships with financial advisors, distribution partners, and clients. Additionally, the Wealth Manager ensures operational excellence in mutual fund transactions and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales and distribution of wealth products to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase market penetration.
- Address clients for investment requirements, through exclusive product bouquets and superior and seamless service delivery to assist the client in achieving his short-term and long-term investment goals via proper profiling and offering of Debt products, Structures, Equities, MFs, Bond and other Investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Acquisition and handling a group of Clients.
- Profiling customers and providing financial products to meet customer needs.
- Deepen the relationship by cross-selling to mapped broking clients and services according to customer needs.
- Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referral.
- Actively network and seek referrals to expand the client base and contribute to business growth targets.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans for acquiring new customers in the corporate space and formulating acquisition initiatives.
- This role is to acquire B2C or B2B clientele and build a portfolio thereon.
- Research, investment, and compliance to ensure the delivery of accurate and compliant investment solutions to clients.
- Oversee the operational aspects of mutual fund transactions, including processing applications, managing account setups, and handling redemptions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales and client management.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in distribution of wealth products like mutual fund, insurance, PMS etc
- Strong understanding of various financial products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
- Candidates with a strong existing client base will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
