Midas Fintech Solutions - Wealth Manager - Sales (2-12 yrs)
We are seeking a Wealth Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and growing the financial portfolios of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and families. The ideal candidate will provide personalized financial advice, develop tailored investment strategies, and offer comprehensive wealth management services to help clients achieve their financial goals. This role requires strong expertise in financial planning, market analysis, and portfolio management, coupled with excellent relationship management skills to build long-term client trust and satisfaction. The Wealth Manager will also contribute to revenue generation by expanding Assets Under Management (AUM) and acquiring new clients while adhering to regulatory standards and risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all their financial needs.
Financial Planning:
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences, and develop customized wealth management plans to help them achieve their objectives.
Investment Management:
- Develop and implement tailored investment strategies designed to optimize returns, minimize risk, and preserve capital in accordance with clients' investment objectives and risk profiles.
Portfolio Construction:
- Construct diversified investment portfolios using a combination of asset classes, investment products, and investment strategies to achieve optimal risk-adjusted returns.
Asset Allocation:
- Determine appropriate asset allocation strategies based on clients' investment goals, time horizon, and risk tolerance, and make adjustments as needed to adapt to changing market conditions and client preferences.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of investment opportunities, market trends, and economic indicators to identify investment opportunities and risks and make informed investment decisions.
Wealth Protection:
- Implement wealth protection strategies, including insurance, estate planning, and tax planning, to help clients preserve and transfer their wealth to future generations.
Client Education:
- Educate clients about investment principles, financial markets, and wealth management strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions and achieve financial success.
Compliance and Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand the client base and grow assets under management through proactive business development efforts, including networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- Proven experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or investment management roles.
- Successful track record in building and managing client relationships, with a strong ability to deliver personalized solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management techniques.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting financial analysis and formulating effective investment strategies.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional investment performance.
- High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency with financial analysis tools, portfolio management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
