Prior to his entrepreneurial progression, Darshit has spent a decade in Investment Banking as the Head of the Business Development and Institutional Sales for the UK and European Markets at Motilal Oswal and ICICI Securities Limited. Outside of work, he enjoys reading psychology, philosophy, and spiritual publishes.

Position Title: Sr. Business Development Officer - (Channel & Strategic Partnership)

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Experience: 5+ of relevant experience in Asset Management, Stock Broking, Insurance, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Luxury Real Estate.

Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/CA/CFA/FRM/Engineering will be preferred.

As Sr. Business Development Officer (Channel & Strategic Partnership) You collaborate in Nurturing new relationships and seeking out alliances with which are relevant to what we do, venturing into uncharted territories and creating endless synergies in the B2B and B2B2c Space. You will develop the robust network of partnership and alliances by initiating, structuring, negotiating, and maintaining multiple relationships to drive revenue growth for the organization. You will be required to Conceptualize, develop, and prepare innovative Strategic Materials & Presentation for Nurturing & building network of Partnership and alliances. As a specialist in building Channel & Strategic Partnership, you will work towards specific Individual, team, Assets as well as Revenue Targets.

- Online Platforms.

- Family Office Advisors.

Your skills & expertise :

- Exceptional personal and professional network within Stock broking firms, Wealth Management Firms, Independent Financial Advisors etc.

- Proven track record in building Channel & Strategic Partnership in any of the business-like Asset Management, Insurance, Banking, Stock broking, Wealth Management, Luxury Real Estate.

- Excellent client and service orientation as well as outstanding communication skills when interacting with sophisticated entrepreneurs and leaders.

- Excellent Presentation and Interpersonal skills.

- Entrepreneurial and Innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities, paired with result driven work approach and high level of flexibility.

- Drive and motivation to work in a Mission Driven, target oriented and high-performance culture.

- Ability to think strategically, lead, prioritize, and meet critical deadlines.
