Midas Fintech Solutions - Manager - Business Development (2-10 yrs)
- As a Manager Business Development, you collaborate in acquiring and leading client relationships, providing Proprietary Investment solutions & services tailored to the sophisticated needs of affluent, HNIs & Ultra HNIs clients. You will have the opportunity to present unique and a very profitable Investment solutions and services supported by a Robust Technological Ecosystem for Clients. As a specialist with knowledge and product expertise in providing solutions for clients in the creation, management, and transfer of their wealth, you will work towards specific individual, team, Asset under Management as well as revenue targets. You are required to deliver superior service to clients and seek opportunities to collaborate with other business divisions and specialist to deliver cross selling opportunities.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing materials together with the senior leadership team
- Develop and sustain relationships with capital sources representing the firm across all its divisions
- Proactive and agile in scouting leads, arranging meetings, preparing sales pitch/deck and presenting the same to the client
- Coordinate business development initiatives including "roadshows" (planning, coordination, and execution), Client meetings, on-site meetings, conference calls and investor events
- Maintaining and nurturing existing relationships by providing high level of service and satisfaction to clients
- Maintain the prospect pipeline and relationship database
- Create excellent product portfolio to suite demand of the Investors which meets their expectation of risk and rewards and aggressively market the same
- Qualify prospective investors based on firm criteria, risk profile and investor goals
- Directly responsible for interacting and engaging with Clients on a regular basis and keeping them aware about performance reports, MIS etc
- To Oversee, track and document onboarding process for new investors and ensuring successful & hassle-free onboarding
- To be the single point of contact for client support and ensure highest level of client servicing by promptly responding and resolving clients' queries, if any
- Prepare internal sales reporting packages for senior management
- Responsible for individual revenue generation
- To work closely with the senior management and Research & Development team
- Keeps abreast with the emerging trends in the wealth management industry
- Conduct industry research and analysis of trends, themes and competitor activity
- Special projects as needed
- Seamlessly integrate within the vast existing network of the firm's connections.
Required skills & Experience :
- Exceptional personal and professional network within the HNI, Ultra HNIs, Family Office segment.
- Proven Track record of client acquisition and management of wealth of clients.
- Excellent client and service orientation as well as outstanding communication skills when interacting with sophisticated entrepreneurs and leaders.
- Strong financial product knowledge and technical competence in understanding, developing, and delivery of Investment Solutions.
- Excellent Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
- Micro-manager with attention to detail
- Drive and motivation to work in a Mission Driven, target oriented and high-performance culture.
- Entrepreneurial and Innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities, paired with result driven work approach and high level of flexibility.
- Proficiency in English as well as native language spoken by the clients (in respect Geographical area).
