Post:-
1- Technical Support Executive (Outbound)
Job Role:
1. Handling customer's queries over phone
2. Providing them solution
3. Maintaining AMC
2- Off Call Supervisor
Job Role:
1. Team Handling
2. Taking transfers
3. Closing calls efficiently
4. Motivating team members
Criteria (For TSE):
1. Good communication in English
2. Basic knowledge of computer
3. Min qualification should be (10+2)
4. Should be willing to work in any shift
Criteria (For Off Caller) :-
At least 2-5 years of experience in Tech Support Outbound Process
SHIFT:
Morning (7 am to 12 pm)- Part Time
Evening (5 pm to 9:30 pm)- Part Time
SALARY:
For freshers 4500 to 6000 (Fixed)
Negotiable for experienced candidates
