Microscan - Sales Trainee (0-2 yrs)
- Own product/service/region wise targets as assigned by Team Lead.
- Identify potential customers for product/service/region in assigned area.
- Own individual targets for product/service/ region as assigned by T Team Lead.
- Own the cross selling and up selling target for product/service/ region as assigned by Team Lead.
- Carryout customer visits. Create customer proposals and pitch the assigned products/services in allocated region to customers under supervision of team lead. Own the sales cycle from seeding to closure for identified opportunities.
- Deploy the corrective action plans for product re-alignment as devised by the sales head and under supervision of ASM and Team Lead.
- Visit customers and ensure payment collection within stipulated time. Own targets for collection for assigned products/services/areas.
