Job Description for Sr. Business Development Executive/ Manager
Obtains business and serves corporate customers by prospecting for and contacting potential customers; closing sales; building and expanding accounts; maintaining sales funnel.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Achieves Sales targets by Identifying business opportunities with prospects in the designated corporate customer customers
- Uses social media tools & internet technology for lead generation and prospecting.
- Sells products & services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects & recommending solutions.
- Works with technical team for feasibility & project execution
- Responsible for payment collection from customers.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prospecting Skills, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Negotiation, Sales Planning,
- Computer usage skills - E-mail, Word processing, spreadsheet & presentation software.
- Mobile apps for personal productivity & sales force automation
- Graduate / Technical background preferred.
- Work Experience of min 3 years, preferably with ISP, Telecom or Networking System Integrator.
