Microscan - Associate - Customer Support (0-2 yrs)
Microscan is hiring - Customer Support Associate
- Answer & Make calls professionally to provide information about products and services. Ensure follow-up on customer queries.
- Obtain details of customer inquiries/ interactions/ complaints. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken through daily sales report.
- Follow-up with internal departments to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' service requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Address billing related queries and grievances from customers.
- Ensure SLA adherence for handling call volumes and customer satisfaction index.
- Enter information into computer application(s) for client-related activities like activating clients, maintaining/updating client information, appointments for installation etc..
- Adhere to quality guidelines and processes, procedures as outlined by team leads and CS Manager.
