Microntech - Internal Sales Support Role (1-3 yrs)
a) Provide support to sales team.
b) Customer inquiry handling for whole region.
c) Vendor Registration
d) Overdue/outstanding follow-up to buyers & follow-up with accounts for payment transfer.
e) Analysis of sales data as daily sales report and team performance analysis.
f) Follow-up with operations and stores team for dispatching the stock.
g) Understand the customer's technical requirement and action accordingly.
h) Good in technical sales/ product briefing and knowledge.
i) Maintaining MIS, update customer information in the database.
