Micrologic Networks - Inside Sales Role (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. The ISR will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and selling our products and services to potential customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of sales success, and be able to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as phone, email, and social media
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for potential customers
- Educate potential customers about our products and services and demonstrate how they can benefit from them
- Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials to generate leads
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales data
- Continuously improve sales skills through training and self-development
