MicroGenesis Techsoft - Executive - Inside Sales/Marketing (3-5 yrs)
- 3-5 years- experience in Sales/Marketing of software or Services in B2B environment.
- Prior experience working with Software or Services companies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or appropriate field.
- Must have the aptitude and passion for Technology & Sales.
- Track record in lead generation for IT solutions and services in multiple geographies
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
- Ability to build connections with CXO/VP/GM level executives
- Ability to write creative content for social media posts, email campaigns etc.
- Hands-on experience prospecting, cold calling, database building and lead generation.
- Familiar with a wide range of marketing practices and lead generation tactics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented and collaborative work environment.
- Must have good industry network and existing relationship with C-level contacts.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other related applications.
- Highly adaptable, process oriented, result driven, quick learner and team player.
- Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational and relationship building skills.
- Possess high motivation, initiative, enthusiasm, integrity, discipline and commitment.
