MicroDegree - Team Lead - Career Counsellor (5-6 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Lead with over 5 years of proven tele-sales(B2C) experience to drive performance and a proven ability to lead and manage a team of 20 members. Should have experience getting atleast 75 lakhs in revenue per month in B2C. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of tele-sales strategies and techniques.
Team Leadership and Supervision:
- Lead and manage a minimum of 20 tele-sales executives to consistently achieve and surpass individual and team sales objectives.
- Provide structured coaching, performance evaluations, and feedback to enhance team capabilities.
- Build a supportive and result-oriented team culture that inspires excellence and collaboration.
Sales Operations and Strategy:
Design and implement innovative tele-sales strategies tailored to meet sales goals.
- Continuously enhance sales scripts, customer engagement tactics, and objection-handling techniques.
- Track and analyze team performance daily, ensuring productivity and adherence to KPIs.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare detailed reports on team performance, trends, and improvement areas for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and new strategies.
- Host regular team meetings to share updates, feedback, and insights for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in tele-sales (B2C in Ed-Tech), with at least 2 years managing a team of 20 or more members.
- Skills: Expertise in tele-sales strategies, processes, and CRM software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve complex challenges and make strategic decisions effectively.
- Education: Any Degree, BE/B.Tech/BCA (Preferred)
