- Business Development: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs, business objectives, and industry dynamics. Actively pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment sector.

- Profile Mapping & Sourcing: Employ diverse sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates. Map candidates to client requirements, ensuring an optimal fit for both parties.

- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process-from crafting job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to conducting interviews.

- Data Analytics: Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to assess process efficiency and effectiveness, making data-driven improvements to recruitment strategies.

- Client Relations: Deliver outstanding client service by providing insights and updates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and needs.-

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4+ years of relevant experience in recruitment or staffing, with a strong emphasis on business development within the HR sector.

- Excellent communication in English, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and candidates alike.

- Proven track record of successful placements, with a deep understanding of multiple industries and positions.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

- Preferred Skills, In-depth knowledge of contemporary recruitment trends and best practices to attract top-tier talent.
