Mandatory Criteria

- Experience: 6-9 years in B2B SaaS sales, with specific experience in qualifying and closing deals (especially in the software development domain).

- Proven Track Record: Experience in driving new business, meeting sales targets, and executing successful sales strategies with long sales cycles (30-90 days).

- Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to engineering leaders such as CTOs and VPoEs, with a good understanding of DevOps tools and software development trends.

- Hunter Mindset: Strong prospecting, pipeline management, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.

- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing sales team as the first AE in India. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, performing demos and closing deals with engineering leaders across India (with a focus on CTOs, VPoEs, and Director/Heads of Engineering). This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and experience selling to engineering leaders, looking to make a significant impact in the global expansion for Findy.
