MGMT88 - Virtual Assistant - Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Position : Marketing Virtual Assistant (with Expertise in Go High Level, ClickUp, and Marketing Strategies)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background in digital marketing and experience using Go High Level (GHL) and ClickUp. The ideal candidate will assist in executing, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, organizing projects, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day marketing operations. This is a dynamic role for a tech-savvy individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns in Go High Level, including email campaigns, landing pages, and automations.
- Use ClickUp to track and manage marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media, email marketing, and other channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and analytics reports.
- Research market trends and competitors to support marketing strategy improvements.
- Maintain and update marketing assets, ensuring branding consistency across all platforms.
- Support lead generation efforts, including managing CRM data and workflows in Go High Level.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure marketing goals are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Marketing VA or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Go High Level for marketing automations, CRM management, and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with ClickUp for project and task management.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of analytics and the ability to interpret data for campaign optimization.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
Location : This is an on-site role based in Indore, MP, India.
