MGB - Manager - Business Development (3-6 yrs)
Working knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) practices and exposure to building and growing insolvency related business. Generating leads, shortlisting opportunities and contacting potential Clients.
- Planning and scheduling meetings with the clients. Managing relationship with an existing and proposed set of clients as well as the investor. Implement promotional initiatives and conversion of opportunities into engagements by submitting competitive proposals. Understanding investor criteria and preparation of resolutions plans for Prospective Resolution
- Applicants along with due diligence of the targets. Liaising with banks & financial institutions. Developing new banking/investor relationships. Understand the resolution and liquidation processes. Assisting the entire lifecycle of the insolvency procedures. Outstation travel required as and when required. Ability to multitask with strong skills of communication and convincing clients.
