About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales associate to join our sales team. The inside sales associate will be responsible for converting new leads into sales, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. To be successful as an inside sales associate you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales associate should also be very competitive and a good listener.
What You Will Do :
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid sales pitch to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Upsell and Upgrade products/services based on Customer requirements
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
What You Will Need To Succeed :
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver conversations tailored to the audience needs
- English and Hindi should be fluent to communicate, other languages are added advantage
- Graduation in any stream is required
