Mfine - Team Leader - Telesales (1-8 yrs)
What You Will Do :
- Lead a team of inside sales associates in attaining revenue goals
- Roll out new sales initiatives, targeted pitches and modified sales approach depending on the campaigns you will be - driving
- Manage operational requirements and monitoring of metrics like conversion, average, conversion, revenue, productivity etc.
- Driving sales and achieving sales targets
- Maintain a Daily MIS report along with other weekly reports to track the Business activities
- Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets
- To monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Ensuring operational efficiency of the inside sales team
- Conducting periodic Performance Reviews and developing & retaining high performing associates
- Track and report Key Performance Indicator data for your team
- Coordinate with Quality & Training to analyze Areas of Improvement and develop improvement plans
What You Will Need To Succeed :
- Graduation in any stream is required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader
- Proven experience as a Team Leader in Sales (Diagnostics)
- Ability to work independently, work effectively across functional lines, and prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Outstanding communication skills & Presentable
- Should be able to deliver under pressure, in an open environment and in a no walls office
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Flexible with Work timings
