MFine - Sales Trainer (2-5 yrs)
About the Role :
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others succeed, thrives in a dynamic atmosphere, loves challenges, and gets their thrills by breaking the traditional training module. Person will be a key figure in facilitating training for new employees as well as supporting the on-going needs of internal learners and will be responsible for design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs; conduct needs assessment, execute training, develop reinforcements, and evaluate. We are looking for an individual who embraces using technology in new and creative ways to enhance training and performance outcomes and drive success.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and continuous learning programs in mostly virtual formats
- Coach and provide feedback to learners
- Monitor, report and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continually adjust -programs as per demand
- Support the development and delivery of learning content and programs utilizing various delivery methods including instructor-led (virtual and non-virtual), self-study, e-learning, and blended learning formats on a variety of product/process specific topics
- Provide support for large scale change initiatives
- Partner with subject matter experts to create high-impact training materials specific to job function
- Support training needs for product releases and preparation of training material related to updates
- Support training administrative functions
What You Will Need To Succeed :
- Graduation in any stream is required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer
- Knowledge and familiarity with training designs
- Proven understanding of true facilitation and ability to command and engage learners in virtual environments
- Demonstrated superior communication skills, especially in written and visual formats with the goal of transferring new knowledge and behaviors to learners
- It would be cool if you possess outstanding communication and relationship skills and fearless in your ability to facilitate conversations with leaders and SMEs in support of building right fit learning solutions
- Should be organized, detail oriented and have time management down to a science, great follow-through on tasks, and superior organizational skills
- Should be skilled at conducting training needs analysis, creating learning objectives and content to solve for performance gaps and align to business goals
- Inquisitive, innovative, and resourceful and should be constantly looking for ways to improve upon things
- Should confident in your ability to challenge the status quo with the goal of elevating the learning experience and driving performance results for the organization
