MFine - Regional Sales Manager - B2B Segment (7-10 yrs)
About the Role:
Regional Sales Manager is a Hospital-Business Development professional role wherein you will be responsible for identifying and partnering with Hospitals and Hospital Networks and also will be responsible for evaluating sales opportunities. Your role will start with identifying and partnering with hospitals and hospital networks to set up meetings, and counsel the partners (hospitals/vendors/doctors) on hospitality pedagogies and the MFine's personalized hospitality journey. The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for identifying and partnering with hospitals and hospital networks
- Maintain relationships with doctors as well as with the hospital partners
- Take ownership of the performance of your individual hospitals
- Develop and implement goals and objectives that tend towards growth
- Represent MFine at events and conferences
- Ensure partner (key account) profitability against objectives
- Maintain relationships with partners (hospitals/vendors/doctors)
- Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum productivity
For this role, we value individuals who have/are:
- Graduation in any stream is required (B.Com or M.Com/MBA will be preferred)
- Solid 7-10 years or more years of experience in the Healthcare Industry and B2B sales
- Candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills with relevant experience in Business -Development
- Result-oriented, intelligent and biased for action
- Knowledge of healthcare markets and industries in the area of location
- Outstanding relationship-building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
- Consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment
- Exceptionally good leadership skills having the ability to influence cross-functional teams towards a unified direction along with the business's senior leadership and relevant stakeholders
- Exceptionally good - clear communication of instructions and information down the line
- Passionate about work and ready to take on multiple projects concurrently
