Role :
- Responsible for leading, building, and training the Business Development & Sales Team for lead generation and front-end retail pitching.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets.
- Responsible for planning and implementing sales strategy under the allotted budget.
- Responsible for building a healthy work culture within the Business Development Team.
- Responsible for providing analytical insights for Educational sales.
- Diversify and increase sales channels.
- Maintain premium customer communication from Metvy's end.
- Generate and manage leads and databases.
- Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales targets are met as per the organization's goals.

- To be a great People manager, recruit, train and retain people to achieve optimum output from the team.
- Understanding of Lead Generation and Digital Ads.
- Ability to work in Target Oriented Environment

- 2 - 4 years of experience in Educational Sales.
- Working knowledge of CRM.
- MBA in a relevant field is desirable.
