Mettl - Senior Associate - Functional/Non-IT Assessment Contents (2-4 yrs)
Education Qualification : Graduate/Post-Graduate - any stream, preferably., B.Com., BBA,
MBA
Experience : 2-3 Years - preferably having experience in assessment/content creation, e-learning background, project coordination
Key Responsibilities / Background :
- Domain Assessments (Functional Assessments other than IT) - The role requires one to work on designing assessments and reporting as per the clients- requirements in various functional areas, for example, Finance, Marketing, HR, Engineering, Statistics etc. The assessments can be used by the clients for various purposes, for example, recruitment of candidates (freshers hiring, campus hiring etc.), learning & development, training needs identification and succession planning. These assessments are to be designed relevant for a specific job role, industry, geographies etc. and hence, the content (questions within assessments) is the most critical part of the entire project management.
- The role requires one to work on content management - getting content creation done through subject matter experts, reviewing content internally for quality parameters and logical correctness, managing feedback in content. For example, content management in Sales assessment would require understanding of the sales concept, through secondary search online, sessions with external experts, and ensuring quality deliverables for content.
- The role requires one to independently handle the projects (in many cases multiple small projects simultaneously) along with the entire operational work required for completing the project and coordinating with different stakeholders.
The key roles and responsibilities one would be working on are:
- Client Requests - Understanding/ taking ownership of the clients- request for assessments- designing and use cases of the same for recruitment, L&D, etc. Provide solutions for creation of functional knowledge/domain assessments and configuring reports for analysis and decision making by clients.
- Coordination with internal teams - Should be able to reach out and coordinate with different teams within Mercer Mettl for content, product, technology and operations related work for smooth execution of projects.
- SME (Subject Matter Expert) Management - Explore new SMEs through different SME portals, example, LinkedIn, networking etc. and getting SMEs onboarded for content creation/ review for functional assessments requirements. Managing the SMEs for content related work, invoicing/NDA and contract on a monthly basis, and ensuring great experience with partners while ensuring quality of deliverables from SME.
- Content Management - The most important and critical aspect to the work is taking ownership of content creation through SMEs, reviewing content for quality parameters, logical correctness, and upload while coordinating with operations team and management of content in admin/client account, maintaining the inventory for admin and client new content upload and status of existing content
- Research and Development - should have the urge to research and explore the innovations/awareness in functional/domain skills, the type of content and assessments in market and competition.
