Job Description - Inside Sales Specialist

- We have 500+ team members. We are based out of Atlanta, Bangalore, and Jaipur. Our India center acts as a Backoffice for our US operations and offers IT and BPO services to other clients.

Designation - Inside Sales Specialist
Work timing - 6 Pm - 3 Am IST
Working Days - 5 Days
Location - Kudlu Gate,
Reporting to - Senior Sales Manager
Working from Office
Roles and responsibilities :
- Lead generation and appointment setting.
- Cold calling, emailing. Connecting via social media channels to generate leads.
- Outbound Calls
- Individual contributor role with the potential to grow into the team lead.
- Calling into US Market only for relevant target segments
- Working in US shift : EST, CST, or PST
- Ability to write convincing emails to generate leads.
- Proven track record of managing monthly quota for lead generation.
- Proven track record of lead generation in the US market for IT and BPO solutions
- Ability to mine data from industry standard sources for cold calling/emailing/generating leads.
What makes you the best fit?
- Previous work experience in MNCs companies with Sales teams and selling into US Market preferable.
- Experience - 3 years to 7 years.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Should be able to present the credentials of an MNC appropriately to internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A "smiling" phone presence; Cheerful disposition.
- Ability to plan "waves" of communication for the target audience to generate meaningful leads.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- Persistence
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
- Candidate should be ready to work in the EST time zone and should be flexible with the
- Bangalore location.
- The candidate should be flexible with working from the office for five days a week.
