Who are we looking for?
As we expand and grow our Products and services, we are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team to Improve & strengthen the communication and relationship with external clients, internal stakeholders, and development teams, as a result helping us build and deliver better products and services.
Role :
- International Calling experience.
- Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
- Convincing skills/International Tele marketing skills.
- Able to handle clients through calling.
- Calling the US Trucker's and update them with the loads they have carry
- Constantly monitoring their load and tracking them throughout the journey.
- Convincing them for load dispatch.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience working into international voice process (US Market)
- Excellent negotiating & convincing skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with US transport and Logistics
- Patience and resilience
- Should be energetic and excellent during communication
