Metro Infrasys - Senior Manager - Sales (8-16 yrs)
Profile : Senior Sales Manager
Experience : 8 yrs or Above
Location : Delhi (North Region)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- To grow and manage corporate and government sales.
- To support lead generation & account management.
- Contacting and meeting potential clients.
- Create & maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch according to their specifications.
- To build and maintain a strong relationship with the key accounts team.
- To interact with clients on a regular basis and provide solutions to all their queries and complaints.
- Responsible for customizing solutions for clients.
- Coordination with Presales team & Engineering Team for arranging POC.
- Comply with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
Qualification & Skill Requirements :
- BE/BTech or MBA and having background from sales.
- Proven ability to manage B2B/Corporate, Government sales cycles with a successful track record.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish, develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
- A self-starter who is very target and metrics driven with good analytical skills.
- Should be a team player with integrity and service ethics
