Metro Infrasys - Assistant Manager - Presales (4-8 yrs)
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
- Preparation of Bid in complete respect viz: Techno commercial bi d, Price bid, submittals etc. for HOD's review & approval.
- Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions.
- Working with existing customers to help them get the most out of the products they have bought.
- Contribution in cost and price calculations for tenders.
- Applying prior presales experience to provide inputs to (as well as drive execution of) initiatives and projects to increase visibility of the function, sharpen service offerings, design integrated solutions, deepen engagements with the client facing teams sales; pre-empt demand and proactively be prepared service the same.
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
- Creating technical proposals.
- Keep track of market price benchmarks. Determine appropriate list prices and discounts based on analysis of market and competition.
- Proven experience in Presales activities such as RFP response, solution design and effort estimation.
