Metro City Development Manager - Insurance (3-4 yrs)

- Building a team of PFAs(Advisors)
- Identifying prospective PFAs as per the guidelines of the organisation.
- Activation of successfully appointed new PFAs and ensuring their motivation to sell.
- Achieving the number of active PFAs in his / her team as per the organisations targets.
- Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals.
- Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs.
- Identify training needs across the team.
- Maintain ongoing communication and connect with the team to share details of upcoming contests, R&R, processes, etc.
- Must have a good communication skills.
