Job Summary
Responsible for the sale of weather measuring & monitoring instruments, systems, sensors, datalogger, etc.
Primary Responsibilities
- Sales of a variety of meteorological instruments to different businesses.
- Implement knowledge of equipment sales cycle.
- Collect competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.
- Preparation of quotation as per client requirement.
- Good skills in communication and email writing.
- Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talk with customers on the sales floor or by phone.
- Estimate delivery date to the customer, based on knowledge of the manufacturing department's production and delivery schedules.
- Gathers, analyses, and delivers information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies and products appropriated to the Quality and Safety Testing market.
- Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing, and finance.
- Generating sales leads through cold calling and market research on social media sites.
- Self-motivated.
- Aware of Content Marketing tools.
