Metamorphosis is on the mission of revolutionizing education in schools. We believe that every student is brimming with ideas, ideas which have the potential of creating a substantial impact in the world. By working along with schools and building a curriculum which supplements the current education model, we aim to empower students with real world knowledge, confidence and believe that their thoughts have the power of impacting the world. Job Description : 

- We are looking for enthusiastic people who are passionate story tellers and love writing engaging pieces of content which is hard for a viewer to get distracted from. 

- As a part of the content team, the individual will play the role of converting the lecture presentations into various scripts which will be further used for delivering lectures, tutor training and producing recorded sessions for the entire range of Metamorphosis products.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Writing scripts using the concept of storytelling

- Understanding the technical concepts of entrepreneurship curriculum and breaking them down to increase comprehensiveness and understanding

- Crafting impactful scripts which appeals to the view and is power to attract and hold attention

- Creating a script basis the curated content which will be used for tutor training and session delivery

- Creating content for students from ages 13-18 years

- Keeping track of developments around the world, especially in entrepreneurial ecosystem, technology, business, brands and consumer behavior

Key Skills : 

- Excellent command over writing engaging and attention-grabbing scripts which facilitates teaching entrepreneurial and business concepts

- Highly creative and imaginative with an effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and engaging

- An understanding of what type of copywriting works for children between ages 13-18 years

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively

- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail

- Excellent research skills and ability to break down complicated concepts

- Ability to deliver cogent and convincing written content

Must Have : 

- Understanding of the psychology and behavior of children between ages 13-18 years

- Passionate about businesses, startup ecosystem, world economy and follows daily events happening on a global and national level

- Enthusiastic for teaching and creating an impact in the lives of students

- Has an ability and interest in converting mundane concepts to engaging lessons

- Loves to explain concepts and spend time with kids
