Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating and executing strategies to build and manage an engaged online community across social media platforms.

- Develop and post engaging, high-quality content tailored to our audience, including graphics, videos, and captions.

- Monitor social media accounts daily, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive interactions.

- Analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, and growth) and suggest improvements to increase visibility.

- Research and implement strategies to enhance social media reach, including the use of trending hashtags, collaborations, and campaign ideas.

- Collaborate with the team to run awareness campaigns on mental health topics and encourage participation.

- Explore opportunities to partner with influencers, community groups, and mental health advocates for online promotions.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media to ensure our platforms remain innovative and impactful.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or other content creation tools is a plus.

- Interest in mental health topics and empathy for individuals seeking support.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience managing personal or organizational social media accounts.

- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

- Understanding of influencer marketing and collaboration techniques.

- Basic photo and video editing skills.

Working Conditions:

- Flexible work hours with regular check-ins for progress updates.

- Most tasks can be completed remotely; occasional visits to the clinic for strategy meetings may be required depending on your feasibility to travel to the location.
